Terms of Service

SpacePOS provides a website where customers browse catalogs from independent suppliers, hold a cart, and check out. We are a platform. Unless an item is sold by SpacePOS itself, the seller is the merchant of record for the goods.

Seller tools live on spaceposadmin.minno.vn and are covered by the console’s own access rules. These terms are for shoppers on the storefront.

You must be at least 13. You are responsible for the email inbox used to receive OTPs and for keeping your password confidential.

Guest checkout is allowed. Guest carts and guest-saved addresses live in this browser. Signing in merges only selected cart lines. Order history in the Profile area requires a signed-in session.

Prices, sale labels, and stock are shown from the catalog API. A checkout preview can change if stock, coupons, or shipping quotes change before you confirm.

Placing an order creates one or more orders with the seller(s) whose lines you selected. Coupons apply to the current cart according to campaign rules.

Available methods at checkout are card (Stripe), PayPal, and cash on delivery when enabled. Failed or incomplete gateway payment may leave an order awaiting payment. Do not enter card data except in Stripe or PayPal’s checkout UI.

Shipping options are requested for the address you choose at checkout (service codes and quoted amounts from the shipping API). Delivery estimates are informational. You are responsible for a complete address; incomplete city/postal data can cause payment or carrier failures.

You may submit a cancel request from the order page when the status allows it. After delivery/receipt you may request a return with a written reason; the seller accepts or declines. Refunds follow the payment method and seller/platform process - they are not instant in the UI.

Product reviews require purchase and confirmed receipt, and are shown only after moderation.

Do not abuse coupons, create fake accounts, scrape the site in a way that degrades service, upload unlawful content, or attempt to access another customer’s orders or the seller console without authorization.

Catalog photos and brand names belong to the sellers or their licensors. SpacePOS branding belongs to the operator. You may not copy the catalog for a competing storefront.

The storefront is provided as available. Marketplace listings can be inaccurate until a seller corrects them. To the extent allowed by law, SpacePOS is not liable for indirect losses, and our responsibility for a given order is limited to the amount you paid for that order on this platform.

Beauty and personal-care products may be non-returnable once opened, subject to the seller’s decision on a return request.

Contact support first with the order number. If we cannot resolve it, the laws that apply are those of the operator’s jurisdiction and any mandatory consumer protections where you live. These terms do not take away rights you cannot waive.
